As the release date of the Xiaomi 15 series approaches, more and more leaks about this new flagship phone are surfacing. It is reported that the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro will be released next month, while the Ultra-Large Cup version, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, will be available in early next year.

Recently, more leaks about the Xiaomi 15 series have emerged. The well-known blogger @Experiencemore revealed that the Xiaomi 15 Pro's telephoto lens has been upgraded to a 120mm IMX858, supporting 5x optical zoom, a significant improvement compared to the previous generation Xiaomi 14 Pro's 3x optical zoom + 10cm macro lens. This upgrade is similar to the iPhone 15 Pro to 16 Pro, further enhancing the imaging capabilities of the Xiaomi 15 Pro.

The IMX858 sensor was previously featured on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, with a sensor size of 1/2.51 inches. Additionally, the Xiaomi 15 Pro's rear camera system will include a 50MP ultra-large sensor fixed aperture main camera and a 50MP 5x periscope telephoto lens, supporting the latest AI large model super-resolution algorithm.

The Xiaomi 15 standard version is positioned slightly lower and is expected to feature a 50MP ultra-large sensor main camera and a vertical telephoto lens.

In terms of body design, the Xiaomi 15 Pro will have a body thickness of approximately 8.5mm and a weight of approximately 220g, supporting single-point ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint. The Xiaomi 15 standard version will be slimmer and will adopt a 6.3-inch small-size straight screen, also supporting ultrasonic fingerprint, wireless charging, and high-specification dust and water resistance.

Currently, both the Xiaomi 15 standard version and the Xiaomi 15 Pro have passed certification and their certification information has been released. Among them, the Xiaomi new phone with model number 2410DPN6CC has passed 3C certification and is equipped with a power adapter with model number DY-14-EC, supporting up to 90W charging. It is speculated that this new phone is the Xiaomi 15 Pro. Another Xiaomi new phone with model number 24129PN74C has also passed 3C certification and supports a maximum of 90W fast charging, which is likely to be the Xiaomi 15 standard version.

In addition to 3C certification, the Xiaomi 15 series has also passed radio type approval, indicating that the series is getting closer to its official release.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra international version, which is expected to debut next year, has also revealed its certification information. With model number 25010PN30G, it is expected to be launched in January 2025, pre-installed with the Pengpai OS2 system.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be equipped with a new 200MP telephoto camera, adding a 10x zoom option. The previous generation Xiaomi 14 Ultra offered 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3.2x, and 5x zoom options. In terms of the front camera, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra may be upgraded to a 50MP selfie camera, an improvement from the previous generation's 32MP camera.

Although there is still some time before the release of the new generation imaging flagship, the actual new product situation remains to be seen. However, based on the currently known information, the Xiaomi 15 series will bring new breakthroughs and is worth looking forward to.
