Not only can pre-sale products achieve "minute level" delivery as quickly as possible, but the 618 event products will also achieve a "half day delivery, next day delivery" experience in more cities and industries.

In order to further improve the delivery time of pre-sale products, logistics service providers such as Cainiao and SF Express have pre processed Tmall pre-sale orders in 618 this year, providing a service commitment of "morning payment, afternoon delivery, and pre sleep payment, waking up and receiving" in more than 300 cities across the country. At the same time, Tmall also showcases to consumers through forms such as "logistics timeliness expression on product details page, and Taobao search tags".

Further collaborate with more brands to provide "faster" delivery services. This year, the platform provides official certification for brands that can achieve "half day delivery, next day delivery" during the Tmall 618 period, and provides tag recommendations on Taobao search for consumers to quickly choose and purchase.

In addition, Tmall Supermarket, in collaboration with Cainiao, has achieved "half day delivery" capability coverage in major cities such as Hangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Consumers not only enjoy the delivery experience of "buying in the morning, arriving in the afternoon, and buying in the evening, arriving in the morning", but also have door-to-door delivery services. By the end of this year, Tmall Supermarket's half day service will also cover 20 cities nationwide, with a coverage rate of 100% for cities with a population of over ten million.

In terms of collection, Shentong will collaborate with Cainiao to launch the "Smart Selection Warehouse with Next Day Delivery" service, extending the deadline for collection to 10pm, with an average speed increase of 8 hours per package. It is expected that 90% of orders will be delivered the next day throughout the day. In terms of delivery, this year, Tmall 618's Cainiao direct delivery capability has been upgraded, adding a "night delivery" capability on top of morning delivery and afternoon delivery. (One Orange)
