From October 20th to November 1st, Suning E-commerce's nationwide store passenger flow increased by 60% year-on-year, while Generation Z consumers increased by 115%. Among them, the sales of washing and drying integrated machines, whole house water purification, and central air conditioning increased by 421%, 447%, and 448% month on month, respectively.

According to data from Suning Yigou, the one-stop order volume for exchanging old products for new products in stores increased by 141% month on month, driving a 435% month on month increase in order volume for electrical appliances worth over 30000 yuan. Central air conditioning and central water heaters have become the most popular "smart and low-carbon" combination, with sales growth exceeding 700% month on month.


During the Double 11 period, Suning Yigou released the "New Home Appliances Going to the Countryside" plan, which will bring more new trend home appliances to the countryside. According to the retail cloud data of Suning Yigou, the sales of embedded refrigerators increased by 978% year-on-year, while the sales of dryers, dishwashers, and floor washers increased by 58%, 62%, and 168% year-on-year. The sales of Siemens and Beike brand products increased by 500% and 445% year-on-year.

According to crowd observation, the "silver haired" group prefers large capacity and large-sized household appliances. According to data from Suning Yigou, among buyers of televisions and cross door refrigerators over 80 inches, consumers in the "60s" account for over 30%. One person households tend to purchase household appliances that provide emotional value, with sweeping robots, coffee machines, multifunctional pots, and intelligent speakers becoming the four major items of the "Double 11" single family. The consumption in the Double 11 region also shows significant north-south differences, with sales of skirting lines and dryers growing rapidly south of the Yangtze River, while humidifiers and sterilized refrigerators are more popular in the north.
