Industrial Fulian: Strengthen cooperation with Nvidia and have started developing the next generation of AI servers

According to Jiweiwang, at the recently held 2022 shareholders' meeting of Industrial Fulian, CEO Zheng Hongmeng stated that the AI server market is larger than expected and the company's AI server sales are expected to grow strongly in the second half of the year. Zheng Hongmeng revealed that in order to seize the opportunity in the AI server market, Industrial Fulian is continuously strengthening its cooperation with computing giants such as NVIDIA.

Zheng Hongmeng said, "Starting from the first quarter of this year, the company has been conducting structural optimization in the server sector, intending to reduce the proportion of OEM (OEM) servers and increase the proportion of CSP (cloud service provider), ODM (original design and manufacturing), and AI servers." The relevant strategy has led to a continuous increase in the proportion of CSP products. In 2022, the proportion of Industrial Fulian CSP products exceeded 40%, and in the first quarter of this year, it has further increased, continuously optimizing its customer and product portfolio, Promote Industrial Fulian to achieve a year-on-year increase in overall gross profit margin and gross profit amount. In the first quarter, the gross profit margin of Industrial Fulian increased by 0.6 percentage points year-on-year to 7.4%.

Recently, NVIDIA founder and CEO Huang Renxun announced that the AI server H100 has been fully mass-produced and a video of the H100 automated production line has been played, attracting market attention. Zheng Hongmeng introduced that the video was filmed on the Industrial Fulian Automation production line.

In addition, Zhou Taiyu, the director of Industrial Wealth Alliance, introduced the company's development plan in the AI server field at the meeting. He stated that he had a meeting with OpenAI CEO in early April and exchanged ideas on the future development direction of GPT, including computing power requirements and system architecture. Industrial Fulian has started developing the next generation of AI servers and will collaborate with customers to provide hosting services and operations for AIClouddatacenter. In addition, the cloud game servers produced by the company were mass-produced and shipped in March of this year.
