The comprehensive rate has been adjusted from the past 15% (including technical service fees, delivery fees, consultation and prescription fees, etc.) to the standard of "5% technical service fee+3 yuan performance service fee".

According to the new penalty standard, taking a product order with a customer price of 90 yuan as an example, a 15% penalty is applied before adjustment, and the average cost per order for merchants is 13.5 yuan; After this adjustment, based on a 5% deduction point and a basic service fee of 3 yuan, the average cost per order for merchants is 7.5 yuan, and a merchant can save 6 yuan per order. This means that a small and medium-sized pharmacy can save at least 1000 yuan in costs per day.

JD Pharmaceutical Express has also prepared a series of policies to reduce burden and increase revenue for merchants, including tens of millions of traffic incentives, precision marketing tools, etc., to help improve the operational efficiency of merchants. In 2021, JD Pharmaceutical Express achieved coverage in 273 prefecture level cities, with merchants including national top 100 chain pharmacies, leading chain pharmacies in various provinces and regions, and individual pharmacies in county-level markets.
