These people actively seek technologies that can improve their professional and personal lives.

One of the main findings of the survey is that 31% of respondents stated that they have already used business automation solutions in the workplace. The automation generation subgroup believes that they have the necessary resources and support (87%) to effectively fulfill their responsibilities. In addition, 83% of these employees believe that business automation solutions can effectively alleviate job burnout and improve job satisfaction.

More than half of the respondents expressed their belief that automation can solve job burnout and improve job satisfaction, which clearly indicates that AI driven business automation technology has had a positive impact on business and technical personnel, helping them reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and focus on more critical and interesting tasks.
