A tweet revealed that Instagram is testing artificial intelligence chat robots for its platform. With this new feature, users will be able to have conversations with chat robots, raise questions and receive suggestions in their direct messages.
This chat robot will have 30 different character personalities that users can choose from to best meet their needs.

When chatting with others, users can invite the chatbot to join the conversation by @ its name in the chat.
