Today, Huawei announced that eight devices will begin public beta testing for HarmonyOS NEXT, including the Pura 70 series, Pocket 2 series, and MatePad Pro 11-inch 2024 model. This follows the Mate 60 series, MateX5 series, and MatePad Pro 13.2-inch series, allowing more devices to experience HarmonyOS NEXT.

As Huawei's new generation of intelligent terminal operating system, HarmonyOS NEXT adopts a single-framework architecture, no longer compatible with Android applications, and is considered a genuine "pure-blood HarmonyOS."
